Finally got it up and finished!!! We went with a red and green kind of theme!! I wish we could have fit our star on top but the tree is 9 feet tall and the ceilings are like 9.25 feet tall!! No such luck but I put a pretty bow up there and it feels complete!

Just had to hop over here and say thanks for your most recent comment! Funny how negative comments often come from "anonymous" commenters! And, yes, I DID think I was trying to handle it well by being funny and sarcastic and not all serious. Sheesh. I guess you can't please everyone! :) Anyway, thanks for backing me up, girl:)

Oh my goodness that last pic is sooooo priceless and timeless and perfect! I love it!
I can't believe your parents are from Syracuse. It truly is such a small 'bloggy' world. Crazy! Syracuse is my hometown and I used to know everyone - truly everyone. I love it here, but I do miss the smaller-town feel. It still kind of has it, but it was much different back in the day!!!
